Good things do come in small packages. Funded by a Kickstarter campaign and representing a fresh idea in culinary publishing, Short Stack Editions fall somewhere between a cookbook, a zine, and a pamphlet that combine original recipes with colourful graphic design.

You will find the creation of Susan Spungen, former food editor for Martha Stewart Living and frequent contributor to Bon Appétit, Food & Wine between the brightly-coloured covers of Strawberries, as well as delicious recipes in Tomatoes, authored by Soa Davies, a veteran in revered restaurants like Colorado's Splendido and New York's Le Bernardin.
