"The Sticky Brick Fingers" SS15 Collection by Henrik Vibskov
The much anticipated spring/summer collection called "The Sticky Brick Fingers" by Central Saint Martins-trained Henrik Vibskov has finally arrived. Drawing from visions of rotating cement mixers, construction sites, bricks, swimming pools and water sports, Vibskov's latest macrocosm is a whirlpool of outlandish invention.
For the second season in a row, Vibskov has been working in co-operation with a non-profit organization in India to produce khadi cotton, which is hand-manufactured by self-employed men and women in rural areas using traditional techniques. Processed without the use of electricity, the cotton is produced using hand-carved wood blocks with vegetable dyes.
