Sarah Baird is a New Orleans-based writer, editor and culinary anthropologist. Her writing regularly appears online and in print for publications including PUNCH, First We Feast, Eater, AFAR, The Atlanticand more. She is the former restaurant critic for the New Orleans' alt-weekly The Gambit and author of the cookbook Kentucky Sweets: Bourbon Balls, Spoonbread and Mile High Pie.
